The aims of Nursery Teachers Training (NTT) Programme is to prepare teachers for pre- primary schools, so that they are able to:-
ï¶ Develop an understanding of principles and processes of various aspects of child’s growth and plan educational activates accordingly.
ï¶ Acquaint themselves with basic principles of early childhood care and education keeping in view the goals.
ï¶ Familiarize with methods, equipments and material of early childhood care and education with their effective use.
ï¶ Be aware about role of parents and community in education of pre-school and early primary school children.
ï¶ Organize, plan and implement school programme.
ï¶ To develop the necessary ability and attitude to acquire not only knowledge but also the basic skills of the profession.
